IV INTERCULTURAL MANAGEMENT CONGRESS
III edition of Intercultural Management Congress
I found particularly interesting the presentation by our Russian colleagues from Astrakhan State University. Prof. Tatiana Mordasova discussed the changing relations among the ethnic groups of the Astrakhan region and the roles of their business specialties in maintaining peace among the various groups of the region. She also commented on the disturbance of the traditional tolerance as a result of recent immigration.
It was also a pleasure to see the presentations by the students of the Clark University graduate programs in Poland. I feel a certain pride as a teacher as a new generation of scholars emerge from our classrooms to take their place among their teachers to contribute to their own research areas of interest.
I encourage all who share our interest in intercultural management to join us for the next Congress in 2010.
